These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your purchase and use of the Freight Broker Business Academy course (the "Course"), operated by Wedding DJ Academy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing and accessing this Course, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCT PURCHASE & ACCESS

Non-Transferable License

– Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Course materials strictly for personal use. Redistribution, resale, sharing, or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.

Lifetime Access

– You will have access to the Course content for as long as the Course is available. However, we reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Course at any time.

2. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final

– Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to Course materials,

all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances

. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you will not request or expect a refund.

2.2

Chargebacks & Disputes

– Any chargeback or dispute initiated after purchasing the Course will be considered a violation of this Agreement. We reserve the right to take legal action and permanently revoke access to the Course if a chargeback is filed.

3. PAYMENT & AUTHORIZATION

Full Payment Requirement

– Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer payment plans or installment options unless explicitly stated.

3.2

Authorization

– By purchasing, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provided.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & RESTRICTIONS

Copyright & Trademark

– All Course materials, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, PDFs, and templates, are the intellectual property of Nastradamus Consulting, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or distribution of the Course materials is strictly prohibited.

4.2

Enforcement

– Any violation of intellectual property rights will result in immediate termination of access to the Course without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.

5. DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY LIMITATION

5.1

No Guarantee of Earnings

– This Course provides educational materials, but we do not guarantee any specific financial results or success in the freight brokerage industry. Results will vary based on effort, experience, and external market factors.

5.2

Limited Liability

– We are not responsible for any business losses, missed opportunities, or other liabilities arising from your use of the Course.

6. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Breach of Terms

– If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Course without a refund.

7. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
